DIRECTIONS
In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, celery, onions, yogurt, pecans, grapes, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir until chicken is well coated and ingredients are evenly distributed. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until serving.
Ingredients
4 cups chopped rotisserie chicken, skin and bones removed
2 ribs celery, diced small
1/4 cup diced red onion
3 green onions, diced small
1 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1 cup red Grapes from California, quartered
1/4 cup loosely packed fresh parsley, chopped
3/4 teaspoon salt
Black pepper to taste
