DIRECTIONS
Cover the bottom of your air fryer basket with a silicone liner or parchment paper.
Add grapes, oil, and salt to the prepared air fryer basket. Gently shake to combine.
Air fry grapes for 12-14 minutes at 400 F. Check on them after 8 minutes and adjust time as needed. The grapes are done when they’re fork-tender and slightly caramelized. Let them rest for 5 minutes.
In the meantime, toast a frozen waffle. Top with an even layer of yogurt. Carefully spoon roasted grapes on top of the yogurt. Finish with honey or cinnamon, or both. Enjoy immediately.

Notes
If no air fryer, grapes can be roasted in any oven. Convection baking/roasting is most similar to air frying.
