DIRECTIONS
Remove the grapes from the stems and arrange them on a baking sheet in a single layer. Freeze until they’re solid, about 4 hours.
In a food processor, puree the frozen grapes, scraping down the sides of the processor as needed. Add the honey, lemon zest and yogurt, and continue to puree until everything is smooth. Once everything is blended, it’s ready to enjoy!

3 cups green Grapes from California
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon lemon zest, finely grated
2 tablespoons non-fat vanilla yogurt
