DIRECTIONS
Place chicken, grapes, walnuts, onions and celery in medium-size bowl. In smaller bowl, stir yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, nutmeg, salt and pepper together. Spoon onto chicken mixture, and stir gently to combine. Place 1/2 cup on a small tortilla, roll up and serve.

1 1/2 cups seedless California grapes, halved
1/8 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 red onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1 tablespoon reduced fat mayonnaise
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Pinch nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 each reduced fat tortillas (6 -inch size)
