DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine grapes, apricots, almonds and jam; mix well.
Fill each phyllo cup with 1 oz. Brie and top with 2 1/2 oz. (generous 1/3 cup) grape mixture. Bake 8 minutes.
Sprinkle each cup with 1/2 tsp. chives.

3 lbs., 12 oz. California seedless grapes, halved
1 lb. dried apricots, chopped
12 1/2 oz. (2 1/2 cups) almonds, slivered and toasted
1 1/4 cups apricot jam, warmed and strained
40 prepared phyllo dough cups, 3-inch*
2 lbs., 8 oz. 1/4-inch thick Brie cheese slices with rind removed, at room temperature
6 tablespoons, 2 teaspoons fresh chives, chopped
*3-inch baked prepared puff pastry shells may be substituted.

This quick-to-fix appetizer is sure to be a hit at catered affairs. Sweet grapes, dried apricots, almonds and Brie provide a delicious sweet and savory filling for prepared phyllo cups.
