DIRECTIONS
Gently stir together the Greek yogurt, ricotta cheese and honey. Add vanilla and gelatin and stir until well combined. Pour into the pie crust and refrigerate for 1 hour. Arrange the top of the tart with grapes. Refrigerate for another 1-2 hours or until set.
Ingredients
1 10-inch pre-made graham cracker pie crust
1 1/2 cups 2% Greek yogurt
15 ounces low fat ricotta cheese
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 small pouch unflavored gelatin (about 1 tablespoon)
2 cups green and red California grapes, sliced in half

Notes
Thicker Greek yogurt works best to allow it to set up more quickly.
