DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 F. In medium bowl, toss grapes with olive oil, then place on baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes or to desired doneness.
In a large bowl, combine greens, goat cheese, walnuts, and roasted grapes. Drizzle with balsamic glaze. Toss gently and serve.

2 cups Grapes from California
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, etc.)
1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
1/4 cup toasted walnuts
Balsamic glaze for drizzle
